The Ethno-Nutrition Project exists to connect two worlds that rarely talk to each other: cultural anthropology and medical nutrition. Clinical guidance often arrives stripped of culture — and culture is exactly what makes food meaningful, repeatable, and possible for a family to sustain.

I build interactive games, literature, and community programming for families navigating rare diseases and complex feeding needs. The goal is simple: make the hardest parts of eating feel less isolating, and give caregivers language, tools, and company for the journey.
